Please note: For all orders outside of Switzerland, any customs charges are

Returns and Refunds
Within 7 days of reception, items may be returned
for exchange or refund. Only new, unused products in their original packaging
will accepted for a full refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for postal expenses for returning the merchandise,
except in the case of an error on the part of Jubilane.
