The Jubilane adventure began in 2003.

I arrived in Switzerland in 1999 with my Swiss husband and we soon had three children -- Julian was born in 2000, Alexander in 2002, and Amelia in 2005.

I found it very difficult to find products I like for myself and my kids here in Switzerland, so I came up with the concept for Jubilane.

In answering the two following questions, I developed my idea:

• Where can moms find nursingwear, maternity items, and innovative baby products in Switzerland?
• How can they obtain a variety of these products at affordable prices without running from store to store with impatient and reluctant small children as shopping companions?

The solution?

Offering direct sales through independent representatives - mothers like myself, seeking a lucrative activity outside the home, yet one compatible with fulfilling the role of a dedicated full-time mother.

How?

• By offering a well-chosen selection of quality items difficult or impossible to find in Switzerland.
• In bypassing costly intermediaries in order to guarantee low prices.
• By earning a reputation through word of mouth from satisfied clients.


• By enabling sales and delivery by independent local representatives.
