• The lining, hood and logo are now color-coordinated to match the body of the carrier. All carriers have
  a matching, embroidered logo. 
• The connection strap has its buckle right in the middle, which allows for easier handling. 
• Stitching and shape of the shoulder straps are slightly altered for more comfort. 
• The exterior back pocket has been dropped to avoid any possible pressure to baby’s back. 

You can carry your child in the soft Manduca close to your body, almost like in a baby sling - but without a knot!

The child carrier offers a high wearing comfort because an extra wide waist belt and the shoulder straps pull most of the weight from your shoulders to the hips, just like as a good backpack. Thus, shoulder and neck tension are prevented, and you can carry your child comfortably on your back, even if he grows and becomes heavier.

Newborns can already be carried safely close to your body in the integrated infant insert and can be worn from birth on with the legs initially tucked inside the baby carrier. From about 4 months, when the baby gain head control, you can carry your baby without infant insert in the orthopedically correct spread-squat-position, which is important for the healthy development of the hip joints. Alternatively, you can use the Manduca Carrier as a front carrier, hip carrier or later as a back carrier.

If your baby falls asleep in the carrier, simply unfold a hidden head and neck rest to support the head of your child. Through the sophisticated integrated back extension, sufficient support in the shoulder area is also guaranteed for older children (up to 20 kg).

Smaller mothers or fathers benefit from the shoulder straps that can be adjusted in three ways. Stronger parents can wear the baby carrier on both their hip and waist thanks to an adjustable hip belt.
