Reduced postage is available by request for small orders weighing less than 1 kg.

All other countries: Please contact us for shipping charges. We can ship most items worldwide via the Swiss Post.

Delivery & assembly charges within Switzerland are indicated on the product page for each oversized item. Please select your preferred method and the delivery charges will be included in the price.

Customs Charges: For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on the country and value of the order.

Prices
All prices are indicated in Swiss Franc or in Euros, all taxes included (within Switzerland.). Prices are valid for the day the order is placed and are indicated on the order confirmation. For all orders outside of Switzerland, any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Availability
Our inventory is continually updated to ensure timely processing of all orders. However, it may occur that chosen item is temporarily unavailable. In this case, we will inform you by email and you may choose to either modify or cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds
Within 7 days of reception, items may be returned for exchange or refund. Only new, unused products in their original packaging will accepted for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for postal expenses for returning the merchandise, except in the case of an error on the part of Jubilane.
